Please follow the steps below, to register your child for EarthWalk's Summer Camps in 2026.

NOTE: Register for ONE camp per child. (*If camp spaces are still available in April, we will open the option of more than one camp).

Step 1:

Complete the Registration Form for new campers for each child in your family who will be participating in a camp this year. Note that you must have previously submitted a New Camper Application for each child.

Step 2:

Complete both the Waiver and the Emergency Contact Forms. Each camper needs an EarthWalk Waiver and Liability Release Form and Emergency Contact and Health Information Form.

Step 3:

Pay $100 deposit per camp OR Full tuition. Use the form and payment link below or mail a check to: EarthWalk Together PO box 123 Marshfield, VT 05658

Payment:

Campers are not considered registered for camps until a deposit of $100 per camper has been received. You may use the payment link (below) to make partial or full payment at any time so long as the full payment is received by June 1st. 

Full payment is due by June 1st for all camps.

Financial Assistance:

There is financial assistance available to families for up to 75% of the camp tuition. In special circumstances, assistance beyond 75% may be considered. If your family would like to be considered for financial aid, please complete the EarthWalk Financial Assistance Application. Receipt of financial assistance will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and by community need. Application for financial assistance does not guarantee receipt of financial assistance.

Camp Fees: 

Summer camp tuition is as follows:

                             Forest Teen Leaders: $460

                             Forest Explorers Session 1: $385

                             Forest Explorers Session 2: $385

                             Forest Adventurers Session 1 (2 week): $735

                             Forest Adventurers Session 2: $385

Fees for camp include one hand-printed EarthWalk t-shirt per camper.

We do offer a discounted rate for siblings as noted below:

                                      For 2 children: 2.5% discount of the total fees 

                                      For 3 children: 5% discount of the total fees

If you have more than 3 children participating, please contact us for sibling discount rates.
